Vertically Driven Products 31515 Black Locking Central Console

I recently ordered this Center Console for my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (P7B). I have owned the vehicle for about a year now and up until this point my "center console" was simply a black steel box that formerly served as a housing for the police computer system. i purchased this center console in the hopes that it would serve as a good replacement and I was not disappointed. The center console arrived at my house 5 days ahead of scheduled delivery. I immediately went and put it inside my Crown vic and I was excited to find that the console fits PERFECTLY in between the seats without any kind of mounting. I have done quite a bit of driving since then and the console does not move and shift around at all. I am planning on screwing the console in for a permanent fit as some point, but even without mounts and screws it fits tight and snug in between the front seats. In addition the console itself is well made, the cup holders work well, there is a lot of storage space and the console serves as a good armrest when driving. If you have recently purchased a Crown Vic Police Interceptor and are in the market for a quality aftermarket center console, I would encourage you to look no further.

Nice product. Lots of storage space if you take out the cd holder and can holder inside. Cup holders are large enough for most cup sizes. Unit is sturdy well built and looks nice. Fit in my 89 wrangler yj with about a half an inch to spare on each side. Unit dimensions are 8 1/2 inches wide 12 1/2 inches tall and about 27 inch length.

I have searched and searched for a console my my PIU. I finally came across this and so I read a lot of the reviews and like I said, I really needed a console for for my PIU. I looked at the pictures of the other reviewers and it looked good mounted, so I purchased this on a whim. I got the console out of the box and put it on the plate in the PIU and figured it will work great. I removed the plate and made a few measurements. I mounted the console to the plate using holes already in the plate with big washers on the bolts. I reinstalled the plate/console and it fit perfectly. Its not the best fit and finish, there are some wrinkles here and there but for the money and the size, its perfect. The cup holders can come out for "storage for items", the sunglasses and coin holders are a joke (cheap plastic), LARGE space under the lid, but for the money you cant go wrong. Just make sure you measure a few times and get a feel for a comfortable position. Glad I found this, I just hope it lasts a long time.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Interceptor Utility and wanted a decent "civilian" console that would be functional/ practical. This seemed too good to be true for the price, but I gave it a shot. The quality is far superior to what I would expect for the price, finish matches my interior perfectly. It mounted up to the stock console plate without much hassle, and I even have the remote light controller inside where the sunglasses holder is located.

This item was exactly as described online and very well made. I ordered this for my brother for his 1995 Jeep Wrangler, his Jeep didn’t have a center console & this fit perfectly & comes in quite handy for holding 44oz drinks or smaller, change that fits into the change holder in front of console, a department to hold napkins, important paperwork or if you’d like they even supply you with a small cooler tray that will hold ice & drink. It was a very nice item for the cost. My brother had it professionally installed at Jim’s Trim Shop where he lives.

I saw a headline that says it fits perfectly in a police Crown Vic and it does! I was a little sceptical as I read the width and the space between my seats was a bit smaller, but that's what makes it fit so good. I still have the rubber flooring, which if you own one of these cars you know how friggin slippery it is, and the console stays put without any fastening whatsoever. I plan on putting carpet in and will permanently affix it to the floor somehow. The height of it is perfect for me as an armrest. I finally have a place to store things as storage is scant in these cars. The construction is "eh" as if you pull out the cup holders you can see how they didn't pay attention to detail. I'll attach pics. Still it's a good base and if the material gets messed up, I can recover it easily. The particle board construction seems up to par. I love this unit as I was using an upside down waste paper basket as an armrest! As a side not, if you pull out the front drink holders, you can fit a large frame 9mm in there. Just sayin....

Pretty nice product. Incredibly tight fit on my 95 Jeep YJ. It has made pulling the passenger seat fwd & backward difficult because of how tight it fits. I like the inside; plenty if room. Cup holders work well. Overall, quite pleased with purchase.
