I’ve only taken 20 or so tablets but do feel a little more energetic. I’ll have to take a blood test after finishing the pack to tell how significant they are though! They seem of a higher quality in presentation both of the tablet’s appearance and the packaging than cheaper alternatives and they were easy to swallow with water.
