Will this work for my rv trailer

Yes. In researching this product before I bought it, if I remember correctly, I saw a review by someone who said that he purchased the steps for the purpose of providing access to a trailer. In addition, my experience is that they would be well suited to this purpose depending on the terrain on which the trailer is sitting, the distance between the ground and the trailer floor and the agility of the person using the steps. Other considerations include whether you purchase the hand rails (recommended) and whether you get the 2 or 3 steps unit. The more steps you get, the more the unit will weigh and the more important the hand rails become. These factors are important especially when you consider where you will store the steps if you take them with you to use at a campground. The rails add some weight (about 1.5 pounds each for the two steps unit and perhaps 1.7 pounds each for the 3 steps unit) but they are important aids especially for older people and those who are unstable or prone to falling. We use our 2 steps unit for getting on and off a pontoon boat from a pier.

Could this be installed at the base of a sea wall for access into and out of the lake?

I don't see why not, but anything in the water will accumulate marine growth and become slippery. You might want to look at something hinged that would fold down into the water and then fold up out of the water when not in use...

Does it come with the hardware to attach it?

Spacers, screws, washers and nuts are included. No other hardware is included but you don’t need anything else to attach the supports beside the appropriate tools. You probably will need a drill and bits because the holes in the supports don’t always match the holes in the sides of the platform.

Makes our boat steps functional

We had to buy a set of steps to get into our boat and found this hand rail to assist. Sure glad we did. The steps can get a little wobbly when the wind is kicking up and with the rail you have that extra balance to use. It was very easy to install and is a high quality nice looking chrome.

Pretty disappointing for the money.

Hardware missing. Apparently there is hardware that is supposed to be included. Hard to be sure since there were no instructions included either. For the better part of $100 all I received was a large cardboard box with a bent piece of light metal tubing. Read somewhere else that there is mounting hardware that’s supposed be in the box to attach it to the stairs. Not very impressed.

Highway Robbery and False Advertisement!

Read the description closely ! the pictures describing this product are completely false advertisements , I'm a metal fabricator and this 10ft aluminum pole it only worth maybe 20$ and the two bends and 4 holes may have taking them 2mins to produce. With that math they would be pulling in over 2,700$ in straight profits in 1 hour!? Highway robbery!.They also make it extremely hard to return anything, i am assuming that's because they have a lot of customers returning their products!

Good quality but overly expensive. it you own the Taylor Made 3 step stair, you need this product. A rail makes a big difference
