I love the color, a deep dark Navy. It can smudge but mostly it stays in place. Goes on thicker but that suits me fine.

I love this product. I bought one a year ago and when it was time to buy another I couldn’t find it at the stores. Thank goodness for Amazon! I like this particular brand, Rimmel Scandalous, because it goes on smoothly, is waterproof, and doesn’t smudge, not to mention the slight shimmer it leaves upon application.

These last as long as Urban Decay's 24/7 eye liner. They're a great dupe, and really even better because they're not as soft, but still creamy and easy to apply. I tightline with them and use them in my water line. They stay put!! No irritation to my eyes, and I am extremely sensitive to everything. I'm sad you can only find them on here now. I stock up, because $4 or $5 vs $24? No thanks! I'll buy this fantastic dupe for as long as I can!

For a fairly inexpensive eyeliner, compared to what many eyeliners in the market can cost, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality and performance of this one.It goes on smoothly (eyeliner pet peeve is sensitive eye skin tugging), and lasts a lot more of the day than many liners that I’ve tried.I can remove it with normal make-up remover without scrubbing my eyes for days. The color of the inside is true to the color of the outside packaging. Sounds stupid, but I’ve bought a few doozies that were far from the color marketed. Good purchase!

The color is gorgeous and makes my eyes pop. It is very soft though and I had difficulty sharpening it. Just a couple of turns in the (small) sharpener and I'm set. I love the way it stays on my eyes throughout my 12 hour shift at work.

I am giving this 1 star. I normally purchase this brand in a store like rite aid or Walgreens but this time I decided to order it online and I was disappointed. There was no clear tape covering the cap. It looked like it was opened before. I will not use this eyeliner because of that fear. I don't recommend anyone buying this for health reasons. Go to the store and buy it there. I bought 2, a black and blue liner and they both were opened. Truly disappointed!!!!
