Love it. Wish it came in a bigger jar with more servings because I take this 2 times a day on average , which means it finishes within 2 weeks for me. I mix with cold water and drink as is. The taste is great, not artificial tasting or sweet. I recover faster after heavy lifting sessions which means I get a 2nd leg/glute day in the same week, which also means MORE GAINS... lol.

Nice alternative for hydration without added fake sugar. Will purchase again

I have used this product many times and I really like the flavor and the enhancement to my workout. What really bothers me is this is a vegan product, and calls itself “Truth.” So I feel like they should be environmentally conscientious and truthful. Package comes with 7.41 oz, in a plastic container that could easily hold twice that amount. If you only want to sell a 7.41 oz product, I wish you would use packaging appropriate for 7.41 oz. Not plastic packaging for say 14 oz worth of material. It’s wasteful. And it’s deceiving. Because you open the package and it’s only half full. Plus, why not package in something more environmentally friendly than plastic??Taste-wise and ingredients-wise it’s a good vegan BCAA. But let’s work on appropriate packaging folks!!

Been using it for 3 years now amazing!

Have always loved this BUT the formula has changed. It has sucralose in it that I am allergic to and have been having a terrible reaction without knowing why. The label that is published here on Amazon is not the same that is on the container that comes. Amazon label does not have sucralose listed but the black container that comes does. Super upset about the new formula and misleading description.

This product as been great! After having tried using other BCAAs and not being able to get through the taste of any of them I was pleasantly surprised by Truth. The taste is great and I have actually felt a physical difference in my workouts as well as recovery. I am almost through my second container of the Raspberry flavor and at this point I don't plan to use anything else.I use 1 scoop in my water for a workout which I have found keeps my energy up through the full workout. I also will use a scoop on long days of coaching. I coach partner acrobatics and its a pretty physical job so this helps me stay focused and prevents those energy dips I used to have. My standard workouts will be between 1-2 hours five to six days a week, and will often be coaching 2-5 hours a day.I do have a protein powder that I use that also has BCAAs in it, however, I have found it valuable for my own recovery process to have given my muscles a chance to absorb BCAAs separate prior to providing the protein. Drinking Truth during my workout gives me that chance to kickstart my recovery. This has been one of the first products I have ever recommended to all of my athletes!I also love that this product is vegan, even though I am not fully vegan I much prefer that my BCAAs are coming from fermentation rather than various other animal sources that I have been a little grossed out by after learning about.I highly recommend this product!!!

I went through the whole bottle thinking the flavor would grown on me. Sadly, it hasn’t. I’m trying to find a BCAA powder that doesn’t have dyes in it but also doesn’t taste awful. The search continues…Update: After writing my first review I was contacted immediately by the seller for a refund. I am going to try the other flavor and see what I think. Great Customer service is really hard to come by, so even if I don’t like the flavor, my mind this company deserves 5 stars.

I've been using this vegan BCAA for a year now and I've gone through 3 of the Watermelon-flavored ones. The first two were the original formula, and they were tolerable. The taste was always meh, very artificial "watermelon" flavored, but I mostly liked it and kept ordering it because it didn't give me that heart-palpitating, skin-heating feeling that other BCAA's give me.I just ordered the new formula, watermelon-flavored as usual, and BLECH! The taste is even worse! I'm not sure I can even tolerate it. The last two times I drank it, I mixed it in a tiny amount of water and chugged it just to get it over with. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering it again. Maybe I'll try a different flavor. Maybe.But reader be warned, the new formula for this particular watermelon-flavored Truth BCAA tastes absolutely awful.
