Can i run a second monitor using the usb-c data port? i want to connect one monitor to the hdmi port and one monitor to the usb-c data port.

Does it work for new iPad mini?

I'm using with Ipad and works with my laptop as well.

Does this work with a surface pro 9 using a htmi cable or a usb cable for extending to a monitor?
