I bought this product as a alternative hair removal for tweezing and shaving...but the results were horrible for me. Pro: product does what it describes and removes unwanted hair. Con: on my face it removed hair however it really irritated my skin and caused small razor bumps. It has a crystal like grainy pad which is rough on the skin. Product may work better on a different area of the body such as legs but I didn't try so I'm not sure.

It takes some work and constant care but it’s sure nicer than stinky chemicals. I still have to pluck the occasional hair on my lip but pretty good for ‘peach fuzz”

Used it once and lost it already. Can’t find it anywhere. The day I used it I did small circular motion as directed but I didn’t see a lot of difference just broke the hair above lip off at the skin so I have stubble upon using. Seems to be sturdy with a couple of replacements pad but I will have to re review when I locate it.

I purchased one of these years ago and was so happy to find it still available. It is easy to use, painless, and there are no chemicals to irritate your skin. Plus, it only takes a few seconds. I only use it on my upper lip and it works great. My original one lasted a very long time, so it is a very cost effective option.

It works fairly well. I am an 80 year old female and do have good skin so can rub pretty hard. Sometimes I have to use it 3-4 days in a row until all the tiny, gray hairs are removed as well. While it is not as good as wax, it works good enough and there is no pain or tenderness from hot or cold wax.

Y’all. Don’t judge, but I’ve been having something similar for literally the last 20 years, and COULD NOT find anything similar since then. I’ve tried other things like hair removal cream and nothing would take this Italian hair off my lip. FINALLY found this product again!! You do have to be careful but what’s helpful is if you slightly rub in one direction in a circle, and then in the other direction in a circle. That’s the best way so you’re not having to keep in the same area. That’s the way the old product worked. But yes, if you stick to one area for too long, it will get irritated. But that circle motion in alternating directions works wonders.

I tried to use this because I was tired of seeing a mini mustache whenever I looked in the mirror. Boy was I disappointed when I started to use it. Not only did it start to hurt, it started to scrape off some of my skin. I stopped using it almost immediately after it started to hurt. Over the next couple days to a week I was dealing with patchy scabbing and really dry skin that burned when I touched it. This didn’t even remove any of my hair, all it removed was my skin. I broke out so badly in that area for the next week and a half and the item went straight in the trash. I beg you to reconsider a different hair removal process
