These vitamins work great if you have a mutation on the mthfr gene. Helps get your folic acid up.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Nutricost had always had quality vitamins and supplements, usually at a lower cost than others. Vitamin content: I got this to help with my persistent heartburn, I was taking prilosec everyday for 20+ years. I now take this in combination with their vitamin B complex and I have no more issues with heartburn.

Great value
This is a really great value for the cost , I don’t know how much of a difference I feel or have felt but I do notice I have finally started losing weight again so I feel like it’s working but other than that I can’t totally say what differences have been made but I’m looking forward to see what else it helps with after consistent use

watch the video a long time ago about a gentleman who went into heart failure He recommended methylfolate. I do believe that it helps saved my husband He was at 12% EF He's now at 51 of course with the other meds from his doctor. a great supplement for your heart !

Works GREAT at an amazing price!
My girlfriend was taking a very expensive version of this product and it worked great until the company was sold then it seemed much less effective so we searched for an alternative. We tried this product a d had GREAT RESULTS! Not to mention we are now saving $60 dollars a bottle! My girlfriend and I highly recommend this product!
