They are easy to break in half, but I struggled to break in quarters by hand. A good kitchen knife simply pressed down will cut through without much fuss. Cutting with Kitchen shears is not recommended. Jazzy weighs 16 pounds and 1/4 or 1/6 of a chew daily is plenty to keep her celebrating when she knows it is coming. Chew only takes a minute or three to devour, but she does chew rather than choke them down. Personally, a full-sized chew seems good for a 100 lb. dog, and they do break in half easily for a 40 to 60 lb. fur baby. The packaging is unworthy. I transfer mine to a gallon Ziplock freezer bag.

My baby girl loves her Nubz. Every morning after our walk, we come in and she runs right to the kitchen and looks at the cabinet excitedly until I get her Nub lol she likes the chicken flavored ones. I have these on subscription order and have been getting them for years now I think. I love the size of them. It’s takes her a little time to eat it too but not too long. I’ve even laid out some other treats for her to choose from before to see if she prefers them and she always picks the Nub first lol I swear I’m not sponsored baby girl just loves them. I wish they were a little cheaper but it is what it is.

My dog loves these. He will refuse other treats and ask for these instead. I like that they also clean his teeth. Even though he’s 65lbs I break these in half so I can give him twice as many treats

Our golden retriever loves these things. I keep them in my office. Every morning she wakes me up and then as quickly as I'm ready she leads me to that office.

Dogs like them. My opinion, fresh Nubz are brown in color and old Nubz are light tan in color. Consistency and texture are also different. Amazon sends me Nubz that are in various color stages between brown and light tan. Though the expiration dates are in the future, the light tan Nubz still worry me.
