Had an issue but they reached out to me and fully resolved it.
I was initially unhappy with my custom envelopes after my comments from the two proofs they sent me were ignored and the envelopes shipped to me were poorly printed. After I left a negative review, Aimoh contacted me and corrected the issue, sending me emailed proofs and listening to my comments on the phone in real time, and then sending replacement envelopes within two days. The replacement envelopes are perfect and I realize that the first thing I should have done was reach out to the seller to give them a chance to correct the issue.
