Works great, easy fit & replacement. My Husq weedwacker is running great and back in action. This carburetor required no adjustment, runs perfectly!

My Husqvarna string trimmer had been giving me trouble for some time; wouldn't idle or stay running except at partial choke. Did the usual stuff: plug, air filter, fuel filter. No change. About all that was left was the carb, and rather than trying a rebuild kit, this seemed a better option. Watched a couple videos online to familiarize myself with the procedure, and the whole job took about half an hour. I did have to adjust the idle, which was briefly mentioned in the enclosed paperwork. Once dialed in, the machine idles well, runs great. Just don't expect much help from the instructions that come with it! FWIW ... I was told by a small engine mechanic to avoid the made-in-China carbs, even though they're cheaper. This was reasonably priced, and rather than take a chance I went with the OEM version.

Direct replacement. 10 minute job to install. Only drawback is the tool needed to tune the carb. It's all manufacturers, not just this one. How is a 21 spline air/fuel screw and better than a simple standard flathead?

Good quality, fixed the problem of bogging down.

This is my second carburetor replacement in eleven years. I figured I would have to buy a new weed eater this time but I replaced carb in about fifteen minutes and it is running great. Hoping for another six years out of it.

Truly the identical OEM part for my 128CD husqvarna trimmer. Fits like a glove. Quick and painless to install unless you are also swapping out the fuel lines (which are frustrating process). Trimmer back up and running and working better than ever. It's worth swapping out the air filter and fuel filter at the same time as the Carb. NOTE!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE FUEL WITH ANY ETHANOL IN IT WITH 2-CYCLE ENGINES!!! USE 91! If you choose to ignore this rule then you will end up with a weak, stressed engine like mine was. If you are still struggling to get the trimmer to run after installing the new carb, dump some seafoam into the tank... fight to get the trimmer started... violently shake the trimmer to keep the fuel flowing through the gunked up engine and keep it running. It will be extremely clear when the engine is idling correctly. After, set your idle speed to the point where the cutting head just stops spinning. Good luck!

Carb looks fine but all three pics here on Amazon for the carb and gasket. It arrived with NO gasket. I used the husqvarna customer service link and they said gasket is sold seperately, but they are gonna send me a free one, but I'll have to wait for it to arrive. No expected ship date was given so who know. They say the gasket is $17.99 plus tax. The carb is only $30. Doggone that better be an awesome gasket.

Just replaced the original carb with this replacement carb and it started up immediately. Didn’t even adjust the idle screw. Took about 5 minutes to replace. I also replaced the fuel lines and fuel filter in the tank. Topped up with ethanol free gas that I found at a gas bar in Ottawa. Now runs better than it did out of box 9 years ago.

This is not an OEM carb, just another Chinese knock off at twice the price. Disappointed.

Carburetor worked fine but it is not an original Husqvarna part.
