Does what it says on the tin
Organic basil seeds can be used in milkshakes. They are cool for the stomach and these are organic too. They arrived on time,are reasonably priced and i order them regularly.

Good product
Put a heaped teaspoon in a glass of water and leave for 15 mins. Take in morning and evening. Fills you up so you don’t feel hungry. Good for helping weight loss. Stir and don’t look whilst drinking as much like frogs spawn. Helps you go!

Is it really organic?
Packed under slight vacuum so the seeds are not soaking humidity so that's good.I am wondering if those are really organic though - there's the label but not even the country of origin so makes me doubt...
