Perfect match and installation for a Lowes 4 T8 lamp overhead shop fixture
Perfect fit to replace defective 4T8 lamp original ballast fixture from Lowes that lasted only 2 years.The wire colors matched perfectly to the old lamp wires. Only needed some wire cutters and small wire nuts to cut and remove excessive wiring.Its working great. I will update if anything changes

Recieved a used ballast - does not even light the bulbs to full brightness
I have three sets of fluorescent fixtures in my garage, all use T8 bulbs. I had one of the GE432MAX-N already and I ended up ordering two more electronic ballasts from Amazon. They only had one in stock so I ended up ordering one (it installed fine) and then another when it showed up in stock again.Unfortunately - I knew something was wrong as soon as I opened it. The case was all scratched up, and the wires clearly showed this was either pulled out of an existing fixture or they just reshipped one that someone else had returned as faulty.I needed 3 electronic ballasts because I am installing new T8 LED replacements - at first I figured that if it worked then I was okay with it but when I installed it I found the ballast only powered to 70% with the T8 lamps looking yellowed. No good!Luckily I bought this through Prime so back it goes. I ended up just running to the local hardware store and getting one there.

Make sure its the same as the one you are replacing. Model number.
The ease of colors wires made it easy to match. Replaced the ballast on my kitchen fixture.
