My soap dispenser has stopped functioning. It just bubbles like the video shared by someone else. Has anyone found a fix?

The tube has come loose that brings the soap up. You can take the very top off of the pump and reattach if there is enough of the hose that’s useable.

Why is the black almost $10 more than the white for the same product?

I have no idea. I got the white and I love it

Can you use gojo pumice hand cleanser? It's a little gritty but not as thick as lotion.

I think you can if not as thick as lotions. I have two sets of these and love them.
