Will the pins fit the 2003 Police Interceptor trunk lid?

This emblem will only line up on the 1994-2004 Mustangs as-is. The pins only serve for alignment and have no purpose after installation. Could be removed and sanded so it would fit almost anywhere.

What are the dimensions of this emblem?

I believe it was roughly 3 1/2 inches wide and an inch and a half tall. It was an OEM replacement badge.

Will this replace the 94 ranger tailgate emblem?

This Oval is the right size and with the correct alignment pins for the Mustang only.
