Great Pens
I'm a materials science student and I use these pens all the time, they work great and have made keeping track of my metal specimens a lot easier. Would reccomend, especially given the great price.

Great Scribes!
My man asked for fancy scribes for Christmas that were click pen style. This might have been his favorite thing he opened this year? I'm like really? But they are good quality and perform more like a mechanical pencil. He likes them a lot.

Great Scribe For the Price
I bought these to work scrimshaw into bone, antler, and fossilized ivory, and they have proven to scribe good, fine lines under pressure without dulling or rasping the delicate materials I sometimes work with. In that regard, I have no complaints. However, the body of the scribe is very light, almost like it was supposed to be a mechanical pencil housing before being repurposed (I do quite like that if you hold down the button and press the tip against a solid surface it retracts since it keeps me from stabbing myself or scratching my gear in transit), and the grip gets uncomfortable after about an hour of work. Overall, good tool for working with organics, just maybe get yourself a gel or foam finger grip.

Great for my hobby of reparing camera lenses and cameras too.
Especially with camera lens disassembly and reassembly, and to a lesser extend cameras, this pen helps me mark internal places. These marks are unseen when the lenses and bodies are reassembled and used. The small marks provide vital points to aid a repair person on knowing where lens helicoids are to be lined up as originally designed to allow for proper focus when the lens is used after repair.

Perfect for sheet metal
I like that it's half the price of the malco one and comes with two... I'll buy again.

Good product, needs replacement tips
So far so good. Please sell replacement tips though! The double sided ones!! I think a lot of us would buy in bulk.

Pen only extends, very sharp scribe
The pen mechanism only extends the scribe tip, it does not retract it. It works well on the aluminum parts I’ve been marking

Super cheap and weak click pencil with a carbide tip.
I work as a metal fabricator of all types (steel, aluminum, stainless, copper, brass and others). Constantly using a scribe for layout. Liked the idea of a retractable tip so as to stop poking holes in my pockets like with the standard fixed ones. Was surprised that it worked like a click pencil and not like a click pen. I believe the body was intended to be a pencil seeing as the back end easily pulls off for lead. Which was my first annoyance. Ended up super gluing it on within the few hours of using because it pulled off EVERY time i pulled it out of my pocket. Second and finalizing downside is the cheap plastic body. Disposable bic pens are way more sturdy than these. Broke rite in half the second day while using. Can not recommend. Crazy how many good reviews it got. I wouldn't even recommend for light use.
