Is this both gluten-free & vegan?

I think it definitely is but I have no way of proving that ! I have always believed it is totally vegan. I have used their products for many years, like 30 years. It was first prescribed for me by my Chiropractor. I start my day with PureZymes and end my day with CalmZymes and take DigestZymes with my meals.

The "Transformation Protease" is comprised of a blend of proteases. Does this product contain only one type of protease?

TEC enzyme products are individually formulated to hydrolyze the various food molecules.
