My back gets sore from standing, walking, etc. on hard surfaces (kitchen floor, sidewalks), but I like cute shoes, not orthopedic. Like Tom's, which I love but have NO support. A pair of Superfeet inside makes them "orthopedic" and gives my back relief. They really work. I get the berry color, but my sister uses the blue ones--depends on how high your arches are. I slip them in and out of various shoes--no need for a pair of Superfeet for each pair of shoes. This is finally my second pair of Superfeet. They last for years.

My shoe size is between 8.5-9 and these are suitable for me. They are both firm & supportive and a little soft. The one con for me is the the heel thickness…it causes my foot to slide forward and my toes push against my shoe. Idk if I need bigger shoes but the green Superfeet insoles didn’t do that so those will remain my #1.

These are a life saver if you work on your feet constantly there really sturdy too last a long time. I've had them almost a year and they still haven't worn down

Helps with plantar fasciitis. I couldn’t run without these. Easy to put in shoe with minimal trimming. Very comfortable and great arch support that I need. Last the life of the shoes.

Super feet is a very good product and I no longer have lower back and hip pain. I put them in my gym shoe. I did not feel much of a difference but I have noticed my back and hip problems are no longer there. I was taking 3 motrins sometimes 2x daily. I have not taken any since I started wearing these suport insoles. Love the color and I did not have to trim much off.

These inserts were suggested by my podiatrist. They are comfortable and helpful in relieving my foot pain. Unfortunately, my feet are far gone and needed a bit more support, but they are in my back up shoes and work well as a change.

They fit too small in the heel, so not for my feet. I wear a size 7 and have a narrow foot.If they fit properly then they would have been good, as they are ultimately comfortable in the arch but because of the fit of the heel and resulting pain, I can’t wear them.

I cannot live without these. They last forever and bring comfort every shoe I put them in. That said, they won’t fit into heels but I don’t wear heels so no problem. They dig into heeled boots and such. Love walking in these and I have back problems from car accident. These have helped my mobility immensely. High quality product. Been loyal buyer of these over a decade!

Bought these to replace stock insoles in a pair of basketball shoes and they immediately eliminated any arch/ankle/hip tightness that I had before. I ended up buying two more pairs for my running and hiking shoes.I have somewhere between a medium to high arch and super narrow feet and these were perfect.

Love the feel of them and the comfort and they are a perfect fit for my shoes.

These insoles are easy to trim to size to fit, and are a lower profile than other Superfeet insoles. I started wearing superfeet insoles at the recommendation by an osteopath to help with plantar fasciitis, which they do. But the disadvantage is that they do make shoes a bit tighter, so this has to be taken into consideration. These pink insoles fit into my narrower shoes so I still have the support I need. And yes, they can be moved from one pair of shoes to another. They are also comfortable to wear in hot weather with no tights (remember the heatwave this summer). The colour is great as well. Nothing quite like a splash of bright pink to cheer up a pair of plain black shoes.
