Q: How are these on 4c hair ?

I bought these as a gift for my daughter who has straight hair. I tried them once on my hair which is 3a (I’m mixed race) and didn’t get a very good result.

Q: Does it work in the USA?

You may need a power transformer and you will need an adaptor. Most probably it doesn't work in USA as is made for 220-240 v power supply
