I used this under my hula hoop for 30 minutes a day for around a week and there is already a noticeable different in my waist. It’s comfortable whilst also supporting your back and cinching in your waist. I ordered a XL (I am UK18-20 for reference) this is generously sized on me. Great value for money and does make you sweat!

Brought this as a training belt but after a few hours filling a massive skip I ended up with an aching back and no painkillers on me so put this on and it was instant relief! As a posture corrector it works brilliantly. As someone with a damaged SI joint it offers great support. Not too thick and bulky so you can hide it well under clothes as long as they’re not too tight.The belt itself is well made- the strong Velcro and double wrap means this bad boy isn’t going anywhere, shifting or loosening without your say so!

I am a 16-18 UK, I have back and hip issues which is why I was buying this to help hold ke in place. I found they tend to help, the waist belts. Paid extra for this as it looked high quality. Got the XXL, biggest size. This thing would suit a size 10 UK, no where near XXL
