How do the brakes do on a downhill going kinda fast?

The Chillafish that I purchased was a couple years ago and does not have brakes.

No there are not. Balance bikes dont come with training wheels.

My son is 32 inches tall will this be to big for him?

No, that’s about right! My son is 42” tall and still rides his with the seat in the highest position. There are only 3 positions for the seat. At 32” your son should get a few years out of it before he outgrows it.
