Good charging speed, perfect backup battery for my camera

Lost my charger for my Canon SX40 so I ordered this. It works great, and I was pleased to see it came with an extra battery since my battery (original battery that came with the camera) has been holding dying much faster than ever before. I didn't have super high hopes for the battery based on the pricepoint at which I was getting both the battery and charger, but figured it wouldn't hurt to have the backup since I'd had some battery issues recently. However, the battery works great as well. Right after I received the package I charged this battery that came with it first. I then charged my old battery. The next day we went on an outing where I took a lot of pictures throughout the day, often leaving the camera "at ready" (on) between shots as we did stuff, and it lasted throughout the day and still has a great amount of charge left. Had I done this with the original battery, in previous times it would have reacted the same....however as of late the original battery would've started flashing at me after about an hour even though it had been fully charged. Also, with the old charger that came with the camera I could only plug this directly into a wall outlet. We actually bought a special car charger that you can plug into the cigarette lighter and then has a wall charger on the end just so I could charge the camera battery when needed in the car or on road trips. This charged has a DC charging port as well and comes with a cable that hooks that DC port up to your car charger, yes!! Very pleased with this purchase, especially pleased with the price.

My old battery held a charge for weeks, I get a few days out of this one. It does recharge quickly, but it would take multiple batteries to go on vacation.

I liked how cheap I got it. You would think the charge wouldn't last long for how small the battery is. But , I charged it once, and my daughter takes pictures of the animals all the time. I haven't had to charge it, and it's been 4 days. Definitely recommend this battery to everyone.

I got these for my Canon SX60 HS Power Shot camera. They work just fine, I haven’t noticed any problems and the charger works with my other batteries for it as well. Very happy I found this product, and would definitely recommend. Just make sure it’s the same compatible battery for your camera!!

I needed this for an older model camera and it was perfect.

I lost the battery charger for my camera several years ago. When I needed my camera for a project I ordered a charger and it came with a battery along with other accessories. My 13 years old battery recharged in 45 minutes! Very thankful and now I have a backup battery as well.

Battery and charger arrived very fast and they worked better than expected.

Received it pretty quick. I have a Canon G16 and I wasn't sure if it still worked so it was a nice surprise when I put the pre-charged battery in to find out it does work - I must of missed that it came with a second charger so that justifies the price. Comes with a Car Adapter and two prong European plug adapter as well!
