I haven't tried the product yet but I have received the package damaged, so I called DeLonghi and they made me open the wrapping on a video call to make sure it did not leak. We did not see any leakage but the box was certainly wet and with some "stuff" on it. They blamed it on Amazon and that I shouldn't buy from them (???) because they don;t handle product with care. They promised would send an email with a "coupon" for next order but they did not

I cannot comment on the cleaning effectiveness yet, and seems that this is easy to use. But the product smells like ammonia (hence 3 stars), arrived used (or spilled) and I am cautious of actually using it as I am not sure if I just got a defective product that has been tampered with or if it is supposed to smell that way.

Arrived in a box that looks like the bottle broke on the inside. Still haven’t opened it, and of course the directions in English were damaged on the box.
