Love this milk frother! I'm a latte person. I got a handheld frother before and that broke in less than a week. This is worth the money and way better for frothing and/or steaming milk. This is really easy for me to use, all I have to do is pour in the milk and choose whether to froth my milk hot/cold or just steam the milk. I've been using it in my office for my coffee everyday since I bought it. Cleaning it was also easy with the stainless steel interior, but I DO have to clean it right after using it. Great product!

The frothing device is attached at the top (via the lid), which doesn’t give it the proper leverage for making dense foam. The foaming wand wobbles as it creates the foam.The foaming device that works best attaches to the bottom of the device instead. It has more power that way (laws of physics). Unfortunately this machine’s foaming wand wastes energy through its length, thus giving less power to the spinner that creates foam (again, laws of physics : think of how levers work).I sent mine back for my money back.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I lake to make lattes at home and it’s perfect. It’s very easy to use, just press the simple buttons. I found the top part was a little harder to clean but overall so worth it. Perfect for home use!

Product worked one time and then the next time I used it wouldn’t froth at all

I have been using this milk frother for around a few days. My husband and I love this product. We use to make our milk foam using a steamer, now, with this milk frother, the milk foam making process become super easy. We just need to pour our milk and push the button, within a few minutes, our milk foam is ready. It save us a lot of time in the morning and we have more time to enjoy our coffee.

Well it heats the milk just great, however the frother portion isn't that great. A little foam, but not that much. I'll say one thing, it looks great.
