Reel Magic is the truth
I didn’t touch a salt water reel, that I had rinsed off, for 3 months. When I finally got to it, it wouldn’t budge. Handle of my open face Penn 10000 wouldn’t move at all. Soaked the reel with Reel Magic over night (10 seconds continuous spray in a Ziplock sandwich bag) sealed it up and let it sit. Next morning my reel worked perfectly. Like it was right out of the box brand new.

cousin got this recently so I ordered also, he thought it worked but needs more time to tell, he sprayed the line then cast it out & sprayed again to get more line strayed. time will tell

Great product for fluorocarbon lines
Great product for using on spinning reels with fluorocarbon lines. Put new 12# fluorocarbon on 2 new spinning reels and had lots of line twist issues even after putting it on as it's supposed to be coming off the spooling the same direction as the reel rotates.Well was going to remove it and go to braid but thought I'd try this product first.The first time I put it on, i sprayed it sparingly.It didn't seem to work as I had hoped. I then went back a second time and applied it more liberally around the entire spool. I let the reels set for several days then tested again. Quite a difference. line stayed completely manageable with no tendencies to twist. Very happy with the results.
