Does this fit under saddle bags???

It fits under the tire then you jack it up and move it where you want

I am 72 years old, can't lift like I used to, would one of these work well for rotating tires, or is there something better?

I am also 72 years old and use this for lifting the rear wheel of my motorcycle so that I can position it in my garage . I don't think this is the proper tool to use for rotating tires a for Jack and jackstands would be better .
