I nolticed these pens have a circle around the barrel, and an arrow pointing to this cricle. I wonder, would these fit a Cricut machine?

The line and arrow on the marker tube indicates where you grab the tube to take the cap off.

Can these be used on mugs as pictured on the packaging or only on fabric?

These markers can be used for anything coated for sublimation. Not all mugs are coated but those that are work great. The one in the photo is a sublimation mug.

What kind of paper can i use to transfer to a shirt

With these markers you can use regular copy paper to transfer to a shirt with a heat press. We recommend tearing the edges of the paper so it doesn't leave hard press lines. For other dyetrans printing sublimation paper works best.

Do you offer tips other than chisel?

Manufacturer question. Other pen tips were purchased in addition to chisel.
