Good looking plant
Well packed and very healthy looking proof of pudding will obviously take longer after facing vagaries of english weather as currently still in pot acclimatising. Switched to tnis supplier as last year 11 out of 12 plants (from another supplier) died within 2 months

Nicely Packaged, Small Potted Tree
This arrived well packed in a box that was clearly marked that it needed to be kept upright. The tree was healthy with a good root structure and plenty of sturdy branches. I look forward to this maturing in our garden over the next few years. For info this is a very small and young tree, being in a 3 litre pot this is to be expected. If you need something for instant impact you need to buy something bigger and more expensive. This is perfect if you are happy to have something that grows into the space you have for it.

Badly Damaged Stick arrived
So this used to be a young tree - then the delivery people got hold of it. The result is a stick and a pile of acer twigs separated from each other. The only two options I have is to try and keep it alive, or return it back to Amazon (where it will clearly die in transit). Avoid this purchase, and pick one up at a garden centre or another seller who will take more care.

Always great value and great plants
Loved the plant will be grown in large pot. Plant arrived in great condition and now few weeks later is glorious and really great value for money. Packaging allowed no damage. Would recommend to everyone and will certainly be buying more. Thank you for wonderful product. Pat Warrington

Don’t put in a windy spot
Didn’t realise that it didn’t like wind.

Acer tree
It's quite small at the moment but am sure it will soon fill out and look settled in our garden.

Misrepresented
Extremely disappointed by this purchase from a number of different persepectives. Firstly, the picture blatantly misrepresented what was shipped. The picture on the Amazon page showed a mature Acer tree of about 50-60cm height. What arrived was a single "branch" with limited foliage. The package arrived late to forecast and when it did, the rootball was just wrapped in a plastic rather than being potted. Despite our best efforts of planting with specialist Acer feed and regular watering in line with RHS guidelines, the tree died within 3 weeks of planting. Hugely disappointing experience. We've since gone to our local garden centre to buy one, where we were able to see what we were buying and talk to staff to get advice about how to care for it. Would seriously think twice about purchasing from this provider again

Healthy established acer
Excellent plant now in my garden in full view from my lounge. Real value as a well established plant much bigger than I expected.
