How heavy is the lift out part please?

Brush bar not rotating and hoover making really squealing noise.... is this the belt?

My hoover is rubbish, it only hoovers once then I have to take it to bits. When I bought it bits were missing. I tried to complain but the company I bought it from weren't interested. Sorry to hear that you have ended up with the same junk as me.
