This is the second set of amonax resistance bands that I have purchased now and just because I wanted a second set so that I had equal bands for each leg and I loved the first set. They could with a nice storage bag and in a nice variety of strengths and I got them on a deal, which was great value. I use these daily now and can see the improvements. They are looped, so some moves can be restricted and only had one band start to deteriorate, but that is after approx a year of usage. Would happily buy more in the future.

These are fantastic, especially if you’re new to resistance training. Having the exercise suggestions printed directly on the bands is a genius touch - it means you don't have to keep stopping to check your phone or a manual. They feel robust, don't roll up mid-workout, and provide a great range of tension for legs, glutes, and arms. Perfect for a seamless home gym session. Great value and does the job intended! Good variety of sizes amd resistance variation. Love the colours too! Makes it easy to differentiate

I found these very good without being too strong, very good value, and a good choice of strength.

A complete beginner here, trying to get in shape. These are not my fave color combination but I can completely ignore that because of the quality of the bands. Obviously I'm no expert but I do know that these feel good and make my workouts a lot better. The lightest band does roll up when you're putting it on, but it's easy to correct it and it doesn't bother me. I love the graphics on them as I still need reminders on some positions. I honestly didn't expect these to impact my workout a lot, pretty much thought I'd be using the 2 hardest ones for everything. However, the lightest one gave me a hard time right away (in the best way possible). I've been using them for a week now (working out every other day) and there's no sign of the graphics fading or of the bands losing shape or elasticity. Will try to update after more time has passed. Seller was great, they accidentally sent me an empty email instead of the PDF guide, but they replied within hours when I contacted them about it. Really friendly, accessible and quick. Will probably order more of their products down the line.

I purchased these bands to make my Pilates classes more challenging. I tried the bands out myself first, to test them out and see what I can use them for. The bands come in four levels of resistance; v-heavy, heavy, medium and light. All four levels added a little extra effort. I personally really liked the v-heavy, it really challenge me and I felt my legs aching the next day. The bands are versatile, great for arm and leg exercises, as well are glutes. There are so many variations of exercises which can be done with them. My clients loved them and asked me to bring them again. The bands are nice bright colours. Good thick rubber and comfortable to use. They come with a small bag to keep them in, which is great, stops them getting lost and keeps them clean. I highly recommend the Amonax Resistance bands, great for personal or professional use!

These are perfect for beginners or advanced users. I use these for arms, legs and glutes a lot. It comes with a very good qulity bag which is very useful for me, because I travel a lot. I found they are good for strength training and various workouts in my yoga class. There are different resistance levels on each band, and are useful for different body parts. I love the way they printed exercise guides on the bands, I used to flip my phones to remind myself what exercise I could do, now I just look at the bands, they provide a variety of workouts and they are really good. Highly recommend

Purchased yesterday and arrived promptly today so can't yet comment on durability. However they appear as described, good quality and with satisfying thickness. The only initial disappointment is that there are no printed exercises on reverse of the bands I received. I realise now that there was in brackets '(no pattern)' at the end if the description of the bands i purchased so maybe this is the reason, but not clear. Looked on the Amonax website, but cannot find any suggested exercises there either. Anyway I purchased primarily for rehab following a broken ankle, so will use a couple of the bands initially to follow advice given elsewhere, but others may be disappointed.
