Just Right for Littles
Great clay for littles who think they are ready to form models they want to keep. The price was good and the clay is just fine for kids to play with. It has been put away many times since we bought it and each time we get it back out, it isn’t dried out. My two kids love it. They can be as serious or as silly as they want with it. I love the fact that they are exercising their creativity and I didn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount!

Lovely clay and tools
This is a wonderful set of modeling clay! I bought it for my four-year-old who loves working with modeling clay. The variety of colors is great. The set comes with 4-5 tools for cutting, drawing, and otherwise making indentations in the clay. There is also a rolling pin, about 8-10 cookie cutters, a mold, and a plate with different textures. My child has really enjoyed experimenting with the different tools. Like most modeling clay, the clay will leave your hands and the surface you work on a bit waxy. Plan on using a tray or other mat underneath. The clay can be hard when unpackaged and sometimes my child needs a little help to warm it up so that it's more pliable, but it does not dry up. One thing that was disappointing is that the packaging is pretty flimsy and broke after only a few uses, so we needed to find another storage container for the set. Otherwise, this is a great set and I would recommend it for children ages 4-8.

Little guy likes it
He's too little to care about the skin colors. I probably would prefer some more bright colors instead of all the skin tones. This stuff doesn't dry out, doesn't smell bad and isn't vey oily. He's 2 and mostly just laughs when I make him birds or dogs. It's a win for us. The skin tone colors are probably nice for older children.
