I don't usually write this detailed of a review; I am because I cannot believe the quality of this pan!!! OMG seriously, y'all. AND it has a lifetime warranty. No matter, because it will outlive me and become a treasured family heirloom. It's heavy, thick, definitely a professional level piece of cookware. I ordered it because I am disabled, and really missed baking things -- ESPECIALLY lasagna. So, I went looking around Amazon to see if I could find specifically a deep dish lasagna pan in stainless steel that actually fit my toaster oven. Not interested in aluminum, and it had to be deep. I couldn't believe it. My husband somehow brought home ingredient sizes that fit the pan exactly! I was floored. I oiled the pan with a little olive oil first. That pan held exactly a pound of ground beef, a pound of ground Italian sausage simmered in a 24 ounce bottle of marinara, a 9 oz box of Barilla oven ready lasagna (I had to include a photo showing the perfection of that!), 8 ounces of mozzarella shreds, 2 cups of ricotta cheese mixed with 2 eggs, and 6 ounces of Parmesan shreds, 8 thick slices of mozzarella over the top. It's Food Kismet! 😜 I can't get over how perfectly the pasta fit straight from the box! I should mention that I simmer the meat sauce until it is very thick, until all the liquid has concentrated, and it just coats all the meat. This method keeps the lasagna from getting soggy. But I wouldn't be surprised if not reducing the sauce at all wouldn't fit, too. It is amazing that the exact ingredients he brought home could all fit in that little bitty pan, with no ingredient leftovers! The depth is the key, and I knew that. Because it's just the two of us, we had no interest in an overabundance of leftovers that we would have to freeze and then hopefully remember they were still there before they became mummified. It was just so much easier to get a smaller pan that I could fit into the toaster oven, since I can't stand long enough to bake anymore anyway. I included a photograph of a stainless steel lasagna server that I bought here on Amazon when I bought the pan. It's like this specific pan and this specific server were made for each other. It's a Mikasa stainless steel lasagna server. It has a mirror finish, and made such perfect cuts. I couldn't believe we actually got 10 servings cut out of this little pan. And the first slices cut from the edge did not fall to pieces, like Ugly But Tasty First Pancake Syndrome. They were solid squares. You can see the strata of layers in the dinner photo. What I liked about the server utensil most is the fact that it was solid, heavy, mirror smooth, and forged from one single piece of steel, so it had nothing weird or stupid to break off, and it didn't have a lot of unnecessary elaborate decorations or anything for creepy crawlies to hide in, that can be easy to miss when you're cleaning up. Also, the edges were more rounded, so it wouldn't scratch up the pan at the corners. I researched lasagna servers and found that most of them were two piece servers, or riveted to cheap wood or plastic, and saw that a lot of them fell apart the first or second time people used them. So, I knew what I was looking for in that too. The server is as perfect as this pan. Hopefully these won't sell out before I can get another one of these incredible pans, because this is the best pan I have ever seen in this size. I started out searching for for small 1/6 or 1/9 sized steam table pans (like for restaurant buffets) when I stumbled across this gem. I would've been happy with a small steam table pan, but this one just seemed a bit nicer, and it is. This is so much more than I ever expected.

Nice SS thickness, not flimsy, medium weight. Pan depth is very versatile. Easy to wash smooth finish. Very happy with purchase!

I LOVE this well made stainless steel pan for my tabletop convection oven! ...Perfect size for many things... I have a nice square ceramic baking dish, but when I made a cake mix, they would sometimes overflow a little... This lovely pan is much deeper... So then, if you want to make a poke cake, THIS pan is deep enough...

Excellent baking pan for a multitude of baking projects. Got on my tabletop oven. Easy cleanup.

Great quality, easy to clean and the perfect size for cooking for two. I bake with a toaster oven (tiny minimal kitchen) and this bakes a perfect small lasagna. I can tell, this baking pan will last a lifetime.

Great and very sturdy pan. Love how deep it is compared to my other pans. I was able to make a huge batch of lasagna without having to leave out any layers due to the depth of this pan. Cleans up easily too. Definitely recommend!

I BOUGHT THE LASAGNA PAN , THE CAKE COOLER GRILLS AND COOKIE TRAYS FROM TEAM FAR AND ALL OF THEM ARE EXCELLENT ! I DO NOT USE ANY COOKING SPRAY , BUT I GREASE THE LASAGNA PAN WITH MARGARINE AND THE COOKIE TRAYS I LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER AND I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING STICKING TO THE ITEMS ! IT'S A SIMPLE WASH UP , NO SCRUBBING ! EVERYTHING I COOK AND BAKE COMES OUT VERY GOOD ! I CONVERTED ALL MY BAKING AND COOK WARE TO STAINLESS STEEL ,BECAUSE I WAS TIRED OF THE SO CALLED NONE STICK BAKE AND COOKWARE ,ENDING UP AFTER A WHILE WITH HALF THE COATING FROM THESE "NON STICK BAKE WARES " ON MY BREAD OR CAKES ,WHICH WERE OF COURSE NOT EATABLE ANYMORE THEN ! Very disappointed as it will not fit a standard lasagna noodle This pan has a flange/lip, the measurements are taken from the outstside of this flanged lip. Inside measurements are actually 8.75" x 6.5" x 3"

Sturdy, easy to clean and just the right size! I love this pan!
