Although I received the SD card quickly, it isn't ...
Although I received the SD card quickly, it isn't working. I put it into the treadmill, the reader lights up and then it goes off without allowing anything to happen. There were no instructions other than to insert to reader.

Nice starter workout
I love this card. I love Jillian Michaels pointers, advice and encouragement all the way through the workout.Its the first workout that I don't pray for the end to come.

Worked great for the first few workouts but then she stopped talking and now it won't go past workout 8. I know they don't make them anymore and my incline trainer is a little dated so what can you do.

Great Motivation - Less Than Great Workout
Instead of the regular old boring sound of your feet hitting the treadmill, this provides some great motivational comments from Ms. Michaels. I am only on workout 14 of 24 but I have found that these workouts aren't quite challenging enough. I often found myself overriding the workout speed or angle in order to give myself a sweat. However I have read some of the iFit 2 reviews and look forward to some challenging workouts to come. I'm sure I will need those motivational comments more for that one.Another drawback to this set of workouts is the lack of set up instruction. I finally figured out how to use this but I took me awhile to find the fine print where it tells you how to change from one workout to another and how many workouts you should be doing each week (3 per week).

This was a good workout
I enjoyed this workout. Jillian was motivating (read annoying at times), but worth it. I like having the comments she was making it helped the time go.
