I was really nervous about this product and if I would be able to install it on my own. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to get on my window! Follow the directions and be sure to clean your windows really really well.Also, this is not going to tint anything. The sun will still shine through pretty bright and your room will still heat up, it is just for looks and I love it. It could be for privacy as well as you cannot see through it well at all.Few tips:1. Do not install during the heat of the day. I was dumb and tried to do this in the afternoon as the sun was shining directly in this window. It did mess with the adhesive which made it much harder to get straight. Also, I fell off the ladder because I got blinded, but that is not the product's fault.2. Get an xacto knife. It made getting the round part perfectly straight. I wouldn't have been able to get this perfect without one.3. Lining it up is really hard because it is made to be able to overlap to match up the patterns, but that means you have to cut off the excess. Again, the xacto knife can do that.4. If you do end up with overlaps, trace the bottom layer with the xacto knife/razor and it will peel off super easily and leave a barely noticeable line. You can't even see it on mine.Overall I was really impressed. I have another color to do my car sunroof and will add photos once I finish that as well!

Really happy with this product. I have used this German company's contact shelf adhesive and now window adhesive and been very satisfied. Be mindful, this is not a window cling film, it does have adhesive on it. I didn't realize that when I got it, so repositioning is not easy and getting air bubbles out is not easy. It took me the better part of an hour to do this window. That said, it works! We won't need a curtain on this bathroom window. We have tested it in daylight and at night when it is dark out and the room has lights on. If you are within 4-5' of the window you can see a blurry color through the window. So, if you are wearing a red shirt for example, someone outside day or night will see a red blur, without any details or distinction to it. If you are more than 5' away you do not see anything at all, day or night. Measure twice, or thrice, and cut once, to make sure you have the right size, I overcut it by 1/2" on the length and height then trimmed the excess off after all the air bubbles were out, with a razor blade. That worked very well. If you find little air pockets the next day that you missed, just take a fine straight pin and pierce the bubble and press out the air, the pinhole will not be visible, use a straight pin which is very fine such as you would use to pin a hemline to sew. It looks beautiful inside and out. The images are fainter and more delicate than they look on the roll which has the backing paper to bring out to colors but we are very happy with it. I cannot say if adhesive would stick to the window or be difficult to clean off as I haven't removed it and don't plan on doing so.

This window film did what I needed it to do, which was cover a milky window. Apparently condensation built up between the two panes of glass and since that was the case, there was no way to get to it other than replace the window. No replacing for me, so I covered it with this window film. My only complaint is that it is not as vibrant as the one pictured with the product. I'm 90% satisfied with the product. The install was easy enough and I did it by my self. It adheres well to a clean window, and is fairly easy to use.

Product was easy to install, but the pattern does not line up if you want to cover a bigger area. There were also imperfections in the pattern where it was folded over on itself and was wrinkled and creased. If you are only covering an area smaller than it comes, it will be fine.

To be honest I wasn't expecting to receive as great a product as I did. this window film is so much nicer than anything offered at the local Lowes or Home Depot for four times the cost. It is very easy to install, and looks wonderful when applied. The design blocks out anyone from seeing in or out of the window, but it is still sheer enough that it allows for natural light into the room. Our window film has been up for a couple of months now, and there is no cracking, peeling, bubbling, or fading.For applying this film to a window, you will need something to cut the film with, a squeegee or credit card to smooth bubbles, window cleaner to clean the window before application, and a mixture of water with a little bit of dish soap in a spray bottle to spray the window with before applying the film. Application takes one person less than 10 minutes, and the window can be used immediately.If you need a way to add some privacy to your home without sacrificing natural light, this window film is an excellent choice.

This is the second time I purchased this product. It is easy to apply, and easy to remove, and also able to re-use it. Great value for the cost. It is sturdy stuff and water proof! It does not peel the paint off a wall when you need to remove it. Did I mention it is easy yo apply??? Like so easy you don't even need your morning coffee first to apply!
