Since its effects are internal, it's hard to grade accurately
To be honest, what trans-resveratrol does is completely internal. Therefore I cannot testify as to this product's efficacy (good or bad). I am taking this because a doctor I respect recommended taking trans-resveratrol as a supplement because of its reputed effects on the heart. I have found an article or two on the Mayo Clinic's website that mention that resveratrol does appear to have a benefit, so I have some assurance that this is something more than snake oil.As to the company - it ships promptly and the products that I have bought from it have been packaged well.
