I have used these throughout the years and they work well. But our company recently ordered a qty of 26 and not a single kit was complete. We were able to piece together the kits to make complete ones but that left us with approximately 12 incomplete units. We had to place an order for the remaining parts plus trips to Home Depot for the correct nuts.

I have more than 70 technicians and normally I swear by magliner products as they last a long time, and you get what you pay for. unfortunately, this last order of (4) units was a bit of a disappointment. Magliner HRK55AUA42 Self-Stabilizing Hand Truck, (2) of the units arrived without hardware bags. No Nuts/Bolts/Screws nothing… I reached out directly to Magliner and am waiting on a response to see if they can provide.

Great quality. Not the best assembly instructions.

Well folks, it takes about a month to get, and when you do...it's nothing but bags of parts! And that's NOT what we pay our hard earned money for. Thank you and good luck!
