The best protein EVER. I use 4-8 scoops a day with no digestive issues. There are days when I drink four shakes at 100 grams of protein and feel great. The flavor is perfect. 1 cup of whole milk, 1 banana, 4 scoops of UMP.

As to be expected

I love this protein powder. Mixes up great, no clumping or un-dissolved powder. Kind of has a cake batter taste to it. I mix it thick and stick it in the fridge or freeze and eat it like ice cream. I follow a ketogenic diet and Provosyn works great with my macros. With all other things remaining the same, I have noticed an increase in lean muscle mass since I have added this in to my diet. Beverly is a great company to deal with and their products are top notch.

If you like and respond well to old school lifting and nutrition this is the protein for you. The highest quality ingredients by a company known for their no nonsense approach.. Provosyn is a great product. It mirrors the milk and egg ratio's of Rheo Blair plus tosses in some beef protein as well. The taste is amazing, cake batter vanilla. The staple combination of the Golden Era of bodybuilding. Guy's like Ric Draisin, Leroy Colbert, Larry Scott, Frank Zane and Vince Gironda all spoke highly of the Milk and Eggs protein and its for a good reason.. It works. I stack it with Ultra 40 and Multiple Enzyme complex and have gotten great results. I also mix it the way Rheo Blair recomended: 8oz Heavy Whipping Cream 2oz Half and Half 1 1/2 scoops Provosyn

Not a miracle product. No dramatic changes in muscle growth while using it. I used 2 bottles. It works better with Ultra 40 as stated on the bottle. I may eventually order again in the future.

It tasted great and mixes really well. Only protein powder I have found that has whole egg not just egg white. Good stuff. Adding to my original post I recently had a physical. My testosterone levels were up over 100 points from last year. My bad cholesterol was just slightly higher , good cholesterol was perfect. Everything else was great. I have been using this product for almost a year on a daily basis
