I bought these vests for my sons to wear while riding their bikes. The quality exceeded my expectations & I appreciate the metal zipper. The entire vest is mesh except for the pockets & reflective tape. The yellow pops during the day & the reflective tape is quite visible at night. The vests are oversized. My sons are about 5’10” & 150 lbs & I purchased the large size so that the vest would comfortably fit over a jacket or coat, but if they are just wearing a t-shirt the vest is noticeably large on them. I’m going to order medium sizes as well for a better fit. BONUS: I know it is shown in the images but you actually get earplugs with these vests - which I thought was a nice touch

Consistently high quality. I've tried a few different safety vests for field work & consistently our KwikSafety vests are the ones which stand up to daily fieldwork in both summer & winter months. They are high quality in both construction and materials. The mesh helps stay cooler in summer months, but all the materials stay flexible and stand up to the freezing Chicago winter months. I usually purchase through KwikSafety storefront. They have consistent, reasonable pricing & I often receive product the next day.

Very nice vest plenty of pockets, only problem is it didn't fit very well, I'm not a big guy I'm 5'10 180# I ordered a large thinking it would fit but was small I cant really zip it up and be comfortable so if you plan on buy6one take my size as a guide to order the correct size for yourself, but that issue was really a me thing I guess

This thing feels heavy duty! I’m so happy with this purchase I decided to write my first review ever. I’ve been rocking a Milwaukee vest from Home Depot and some other cheap ones that my last company provided that all have holes and tears in them now. This vest definitely feels like a huge upgrade. I got a size large Milwaukee and it flares out like a dress in the back. This new vest hugs my torso just right! I read the reviews for this one, and decided to get a size lower and it’s perfect. I usually wear large but went with medium. I’m not gonna wear a jacket or sweater under it because I have a reflective jacket already. If I was going to, I would get my regular size. Pockets feel like they’re built to last, and the straps by the shoulders feel like they could clip a radio without pulling my vest forward that much. Gonna beat this one up in the field and see how it goes.

The material is much more durable than your standard issued vest from your company, I'm sure. Unless your a Foreman or higher, in which case this is probably more of what you'd expect and have already. This vest actually has some body contour built into it's design for extra long term comfort. There are numerous pockets that I find very practical on this vest. Some reviews mentioned issue with the grommets on the lower front pockets for use with flags; I see how it could be an issue for long term use because of the lack of extra durable stitching and added fabric needed. For my use, (the everyday standard Construction worker, is think you'll be very pleased. I normally wear clothes closer to my skin. A guy my size would normally buy a large, were as I would choose medium. I bought the large for this vest, and it is perfect. I can wear it with our without a jacket/hoodie and it will look great. Great thick, durable jersey fabric with heavy duty zipper. Great features for long term use and washability.

Excellent item

I work on site in construction as an engineering consultant. Needed a new vest with pockets for help carry tools on site. This vest works very well and I am please with the purchase. Number and size of pockets is adequate. Color, look and feel of the vest is very nice. I am 5'10" 160 lb. Fit feels true to size. My only gripe is on the velcro on the front pockets. It could have larger pieces or have something done to get it to stay securely closed more consistently. Otherwise, great option for a safety vest.

You get what you pay for. I’m 5’5 120 lbs, ordered a medium and definitely needed a small. Washed it to see if it would shrink, several of the threads broke and started fraying immediately. Definitely a decent safety vest for $20, as long as you don’t wash it ever lol.
