Date 09/de/2025: I am a regular buyer of this, the current batch which I have o25b029/o25089 is not satisfactory. Its yellowish pasty in color. Not sure why its like that. Also the taste is also not like the earlier batches. So I am not sure if the propotion of all three are still same and quality of the inputs. Please take notice. Regular customer here.

I purchased this product, because I was getting Digestion problems. The problem started to abate in 3 dosages. It proved its Quality and Effectiveness with the cure. I took around 1 teaspoon early in the morning in empty stomach in 4-6oz of water. Had used earlier too so no problem with the taste for me. But, if you are using it for first time then use honey for taste. I never gave attention to the Smell. In the long run it may help you to balance your body energy. Some Ayurvedic doctors advise not to take it in continously give a gap of week after use of 1 month to avoid Side effects of making it a habit for body.

when I first tried this I started with 1/4 teaspoon in the evening,I quickly went to 1/2 because for me 1/4 didn't help. I decided to try putting it in empty gel caps because the taste really isn't great. Dont know why but it works better as a tea. Im not sure what the issue is with the gel caps, but if you did buy the capsule form just empty a teaspoon into hot water and just drink it as fast as you can.

I can't swallow hard caplules/pills. So powder works for me. Taste is really bad, but I'm getting use to it.
