Great for Paracord 2/3 ascetic 1/3 practical functionality
Note I use these for Paracord projects and yes me and others I know have actually used these before out at night or in one friends case even during the day (he's directionally challenged let's just say). That said these are good little cheap compasses useful for Paracord projects. Bracelets, keychains, zipper pulls etc. I've boughten several packs now over a few years and they surprisingly hold up well for these uses in typical everyday life. A friend of mine is even a forest firefighter and his keychain one I made him lasted him most of the fire season before it broke. Are they generally accurate and good enough for a general heading? Definitely useful for exactly that. Are they the most accurate? No. Good for orienteering or long range wilderness navigation such as rangers or scouts in the military do? Absolutely NOT. There is no dial and degrees to plot points needed to navigate by compass over long distances with precise accuracy of direction. (Note I used to do orienteering for fun when I was younger. So I still kinda remember the basics of precise land navigation.) Again good for GENERAL heading and orientation to orient oneself if you're completely baffled for some reason and need to know where North is in order to orient yourself. Will need a light source however as they do not glow in the dark. So as a backup compass you could keep one you at all times like I do or my friends who have similar Paracord keychains I've made it works great for that purpose. As a general heading compass to be used as a backup IF needed. Honestly more than anything they are primarily ascetic for me, my friends, and family more than function though again we have used them at times respectively. As for durability? Don't hit them and they'll be fine. Make the compass, not the bracelet or keychains or whatever it's attached to, flat and it should work as long as they aren't cracked or the housing shoved inside and crushing the inside.

Great set of small liquid compasses
Product arrived exactly as promised. You receive ten (10) small compasses sitting in a plastic box with compartments for each compass. The packaging is very good as is the quality of the compasses themselves. These fit perfectly on the watch band of my Casio G-Shock. I would suspect that these will easily fit almost all regular watch bands with no trouble. All ten (10) compasses are fully functional and I have spot checked four (4) of them against a good quality hiking compass. These perform perfect for what they are, a small, simple compass to wear or attach to any gear straps, or for use in making wrist bracelets with a compass. There is even a simple instructional card that explains the difference between "true" North and "magnetic" North for anyone not familiar. My guess is that most anyone that orders these for use on their watch or gear will certainly already know this information. Still it is a great add-on for anyone that might not be aware of the differences. As I utilize these across my assorted bug-out bags, EDC bag, watches, etc, I will certainly have all confidence in re-ordering this product.

All of mine work. Added to my Watch.
I put one on my watchband and it's worked great. I still need to see how I cam attach them to other things and how practical they are. They need to be held flat to work, so attaching it to a backpack would be kind of pointless. They are good enough for under a dollar a piece though, for sure.

It works, but with caveats.
First off, these mini compasses do work, BUT only if 2 conditions are met. First, the compass needs to be completely flat to point in the correct direction. The disc indicator is enclosed in fluid, and if the compass is off axis even by a little, the disc gets stuck and wont point accurately north. Second, avoid being near any metal or electronic devices that causes electromagnetic interferences. I bought these compasses to attach to my wristwatch band. They work fine attached to my Garmin smart watch which is made of mostly plastic and rubber. But the compass is consistently off by about 45 degrees if I attach them to Samsung Gear S3 smart watch or my bulky stainless steel analog divers watch. When I unboxed the compasses, I was disappointed that all of them were pointing in different random directions, and almost wanted to return them immediately. But the manufacturer included a note saying that compasses must be flat and to avoid metal or anything that causes magnetic interference. At a dollar each, you get what you pay for, and I can't really complain. I would not recommend using these compasses to navigate. You will get lost. I will give the rest away to my neices and nephews as toys or science experiments.

OK Compasses 👍🏻
They work OK, great deal for the quantity. I have used wrist compasses for decades. My kids & grandkids like them too. Many other brands out there for more, a little more accurate, but these are OK. Good size and fit bands OK. Just measure your watch band first.

These are great for basic directional reference
I don't know why things go wrong on other people's order of this item, but I can't give any negative input as I'm completely happy with them. Them meaning, all 10 compasses packed in a sturdy plastic case. I set them out on a table and everyone of them were pointing toward what I know to be North-ish. The needle isn't fast to locate Nor, but "nor" is it slow. I wear one on my watch band (21mm width) at the side of my wrist. It works great. I mostly wanted to give some to family and friends and have a few extras for me. Great item for EDC and basic directional reference.

Did not work for me
I bought these compasses to keep in our cars. I did not expect them to act as a car compass, but I did want them in case we lost our way while driving. They should have been able to tell us which was was north when our Ways App quit at night. We stopped the car, put two of the compasses on a flat surface; they pointed in different directions for north. We moved them around a bit, switch their places, turned them... they pointed in opposite directions no matter what we did. When I got home I tried the rest of them on the kitchen counter. Most of them pointed in the same general area, but there were a couple that pointed in the opposite direction. I don't need a compass on my kitchen counter. I need one to point the way north when I get turned around, wherever I am.
