It does the job
Not always an advocate for this offshore stuff, but a customer had an older atv and didn't want to spend the money for the original part. I figured I would try this part, and it did the job. Oil light functions as it should. Good value here.

The over-temperature output did not work at all.
Well... for the brand new one I received, the Fan Control seemed to work OK. But the over-temperature function did not work. For testing, I wired a variable resistor to substitute for the thermo sensor. The fan would turn on and off with sensor resistances inside normal operating temperatures (450 to 1250 ohms & within 230 to 280 deg F). I also verified this with the actual thermo sensor on a running engine (fan on when hot & off when cools off). However, the over-temp output NEVER turned on. Over temp can be tested by simply grounding the thermo sensor wire (where fan and over temp should both be on) ... or substituting a resistance below about 180 ohms (equivalent to a very hot engine - OVER 338 deg F). I returned it and will either stay with my currently hacked constant ON fan or get the ($200) OEM instead.

Great option for 2000 Forman 450
It’s a little smaller than the oem one found on the quad but it works exactly as it’s supposed to be and still fits in the rubber holder

Worked for 4 months, now does not work
Cheap part, you get what you pay for. It worked great for 4 months, 1997 honda 450. I will buy the Honda part now. Warranty says 1 year, but manufacture is only 30 days, misled!
