A few months later, I twisted my foot badly, and it swelled up to the point where I couldn’t put any weight on it. Out of desperation, I decided to try the cups gently around the swollen area. Within a few days, I was walking again – albeit with what felt like an elephant’s foot – but the swelling and pain continued to reduce until I was fully mobile. These silicone cups are, without question, the best I’ve used to date. The suction is strong and effective, but it’s easy to control once you get the hang of the technique. However, upon viewing an instructional video on proper usage, the procedure became much clearer and more manageable. My advice to others would be to have patience, don't rush, and not to be alarmed by minor bruising, as it is a normal occurrence. Will recommend to my friends too :)

I can honestly say that these are the best silicone cups that I have used to date. They have a strong suction, but the strength is adaptable once you become familiar with them. They come with 3 sizes, the smaller ones are excellent for working around the back of the neck, and they also stick firmly when applying to the feet. The medium and large cups have a smooth glide for a massage effect that is great for breaking down solid and tight muscular tissue. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the necessary cupping skills.

Quality- Weak suction for physio or sports massage. It works well if it's just spa type of massage. Function- easy to use, but hard to clean inside it, as stuff gets underneath in areas that are hard to target. Durability - very good. Doesn't break and if it falls it's quite and doesn't disturb the people. Comfort - for a beginner it works ok but for professional absolutely not. Value for money- little on the expensive side but not off putting.

Does what it says on the instructions if used correctly. I am noticing a difference on my skin within 3 weeks of daily use and suffering from celluite (toxic waste). I Would recommend for poor circulation with its instructional use on own individual uses. A clean healthy diet and salt water consumption is essential for circulation and cell absorbtion also to obtain best results as with all lifestyle changes. You can do this, it does take time and lifestyle change. It is not a quick fix although will help as long as you help yourself and learn about your own body and how long your body has been in toxicity with foods and hormones. After years of learning about hormones and effects on the body and toxic fat this is the way for me without invasive surgery. 😊
