Perfect fit on my Tikka T3 30-06
PERFECT FIT With the "high" mount. 50mm scope lens and still a good 3/8" between the scope and barrel. Supplied bolts and torque bit wrench are perfect too. The mounts feel like they were welded in place. Super strong.

Throw your stock Tikka rings in the trash and get these!!!!
These mounts saved me just before whitetail season. The stock Tikka T3 mounts are known for letting a scope slide, especially on the larger caliber rifles. In the case of my 300wsm, this was a major problem and it was happening. Just about every forum recommended these rings so I picked up a pair of LOW and MEDIUM rings. The low is supposed to be .400 according to Talley. I measured about .480 on the stock ones from Tikka. These arrived in perfect condition and are extremely light. The fasteners are nice as well. These mounted up perfectly and my scope has not moved in the 40 rounds I immediately put through it for testing. If I could recommend anything, perhaps include a small batch of blue Loctite? I did put a small drop on ALL fasteners once I got everything where I liked it. You cannot go wrong with these rings. Worth every penny. A picture is worth a 1000 words here.... The low mounts work perfect with a scope cap on a 42mm scope. Hope this helps someone because the hardest part for me was not knowing whether to get low or medium.

Great fit on my tikka
I’ve been using the mediums on my hunts without any issue. Since I recently fitted the rifle with a carbon stock and carbon barrel, my x56 scope was touching the barrel by 1 or 2mm. The high rings fixed it perfectly.

Best scope mount system for tikka rifle
perfect fit for my 2015 tikka. no need to use a separate base and additional rings. the talley system kept the height perfect for my new leupold vx6 2.5-12x42 and the quality of the product is perfect. also there is no need to install a mounting system that uses the pin location hole that comes factory drilled by tikka in the rifle receiver. this hole is only there if you are using scope rings that clamp on to the factory machined mounting grooves and the rings would have a pin in one ring to go into the hole to keep the rings from sliding on the receiver when firing the rifle do to recoil on the heavier caliber cartridges.

Taller than 'low', IMHO, but otherwise, awesome.
I mounted a Bushnell 6500 2.5-16x42 with these on a Tikka T3. This is my 5th or 6th set of Talleys on different rifles over the years, and like all the others, these fit unbelievably well. The manufacturing tolerances are bang on perfect. Why do I only give these 4 stars then? These are nowhere near what I would call "low". I am 99.9% sure these are high enough to mount a 50mm or larger scope with; there is a LOT of air between the scope and the barrel with the 42mm scope. In my mind a 'low' ring should be too low to mount a 50mm scope on (even a 44mm should be a really tight fit on a 'low' ring). These are way way higher than that, and Talley makes it ridiculously hard to find specs on what size scope these are appropriate for (they used to publish a wonderful chart, but they have taken that down and I can't find it anymore). Anyway, I should have bought the Extra-Low version. All that said though, these will do plenty good enough to prevent me from spending the time and shipping money to have them swapped for extra-lows. Having my scope higher than is absolutely necessary, while not my preference, is not that big a deal either.Talley rings are 5+ stars. But if you are putting a sub-50mm scope on your rifle, get the extra-low 30mm rings, these are taller than what you think of as 'low' if you are used to the 1 inch scope world.

Great product and fantastic support
Perfect fit and fine quality. Great customer support, too! I ended up damaging the treads on a cap screw. Wrote Talley and next day they had replacements in the mail (for free). This was beyond my expectation. These days it's not just the product that matters, it's the company behind the product that makes the difference.

Solid mounts for the money.
I love how easy these are to mount for my Tikka T3X Superlite, they go on in the mounting holes perfectly and very easy to adjust. I purchased the low option, and my scope fits just right with scope covers on. My scope is 4x16x44, and adjusting for eye relief still leaves plenty of room. I used a bit of removable loktite when mounting. These work better than higher dollars options I contemplated. You won't be disappointed.

Sizing - Used with a Vortex Strike Eagle 6-24x50
I have the T3x Lite and I used the medium rings for a 50 objective lens and it left me with about 4-5mm gap between the bell and the barrel. I wanted to go as low as possible without touching the barrel, but settled on the medium. You could get away with the low as it's 0.1 inch lower (about 2.5mm) but I felt like it's not bad where it is and a 2mm gap is cutting it close. it would also restrict my use of lens caps or scope covers. Also, just for reference, my 50mm objective les has an outside diameter of 58mm, in case you're trying to find the right size for you.
