A non-stinky and wildly effective over the counter diaper rash cream. A+++
Best diaper rash cream known to mankind. It doesn't have that awful smell that most of the diaper creams do, but by coating baby's behind lightly, diaper rash will be gone in the morning. Resinol can also be used for other skin rashes, but for diaper rash, it's the best thing I've ever seen! Other ointments may have cutesy titles (admittedly, the marketing of something with the title "Butt Paste" is amusing), but you'll not find something that works faster and better without a prescription. This is one of my go-to baby gifts to first time parents!

Miracle Ointment!
This stuff is AMAZING!! Works great on diaper rash- even better than prescriptions for the same thing! Great on insect bites and rashes. I keep a container on hand all the time! 😊

Best diaper rash cream, hands down! I’ve fostered 21 drug addicted babies and this is the only cream that keeps their booty from getting rashes! It’s pink and best applied with one of those spatula thingys! Must have if you’re a foster parent!

A miracle for heat rash and fungal infections
This was the ONLY product that quenched a heat persistent 2-month heat rash that kept recurring, spreading and not responding to medications. The rash relief was immediate and was practically cured by the third day. I am truly amazed and very thankful. I tried so many other products (antifungals, zinc oxide, tea tree oil, rash/eczema creams, burn creams, calamine lotion, essential oils, A&D ointment, steroid creams, you name it - but this was the only one that cooled the redness and deactivated the raised bumps and sores. Honestly, its the holy grail of products and I will always keep some on hand. I am very grateful this product is available - and that it ships quickly on amazon.

Great for diaper rash
We use this as diaper cream for my baby with extremely sensitive skin when his diaper rash is bad. We call it the magic pink butt cream. Highly recommend as it clears up our babies bottom quickly (in just a few hours depending on how bad it is).
