Since I'd started taking this stuff, I haven't had but one tiny pimple come up, and it went away as soon as it came. Helped my energy, and I seem to be in a better mood (not getting agitated and the like over simple things).

I like this brand, I buy other things from them as well and I did feel positive results from this but what I dont appreciate is the huge pills when there is absolutely no need for such a large pill and frankly it made me wonder how much of extra ingredients where in it to make up such a large pill. Though I like the brand over all, I have been buying from another brand for Pantothenic Acid as of late. I dont take this for acne at all, I take this because it helps the liver break down sugar and fat...I've noticed my energy level is increased and my hair is softer also in general my skin does seem healthier.
