I was recommended to try this by my pelvic health physical therapist. According to her this is much better than just doing kegels and the weighted balls because of the biofeedback capabilities. There are other smart devices available but this one does the same as others without breaking the bank. Now I can see in real time if I am using my muscles correctly. I can already feel my pelvic muscles stronger, which is a great help with my prolapse. Thank you!

Very smooth feel. Easy to clean and store. Comes ready to go out of the box (charged and ready to go). Easily inserted and removed. Comfortable when inserted. The remote also vibrates for a little extra pleasure. I would recommend that you try the Women Kegel Exerciser Trainer.

I like the product. Works well. However after just a few uses the gold paint is coming off.

Due to urinary leakage I've had several PT sessions [usually 6-8 visits per prescription] in last years to help this problem. I have just received Kegel exercise trainer so can not write from experience. My hopes are that it an take the place minus driving to an appointment of the PT sessions.
