I got these GYM PEOPLE high-waisted workout shorts in the camo pattern, and I’m seriously impressed. I’ve worn them for workouts and hikes, and they check all the boxes for me. ✅ Flattering Fit – The length is perfect—not too short, not too long—and I feel comfortably covered without sacrificing style. ✅ No Underwear Lines – I think the camo pattern helps, but either way, they don’t show anything awkward. ✅ Solid Quality Material – The fabric feels thick and durable but still breathable. These don’t feel like cheap fast fashion. ✅ Functional Pockets – My phone fits securely, which is a must for me. ✅ Great Value – So many workout brands are overpriced, but these deliver on quality for a much more reasonable price. I already plan to buy more colors. If you want something cute, functional, and reliable for movement or lounging, these are a solid pick.

I’ve worn these shorts in two phases of life, first being postpartum with my last baby and now two years later, back down to my pre baby weight. First I bought in an XL and then in a medium, being 5’9” and about 170lbs PP and then 130 currently. These are amazing. The pockets fit so much, including my giant iPhone with drop proof case. They stay up, which as you know on a PP body is sometime tough. And they’re flattering, plus long enough in the inseam that you’re not camel toeing or getting edgier every time you sit down. I wore the heck out of my XLs and they’re still going strong two years later, I’m going to pass them on in my local buy nothing group bc they’re still full of life. They’re thick, nice and stretchy, and well worth the money imo at $16 a pair. I bought some bright colors this time around and they make me feel like I hit the gym with the level of comfort and compression and the overall feel they give me (even though I haven’t been in years). Absolutely worth it, the mental boost is fantastic. I can’t wait for summer to hit so I can wear these every single day!!

The most unflattering camera angles in the world!!! So I hope y'all appreciate these. I'm 198lbs and 5'8" and I got the size XL in regular black. Love them. Super soft and comfortable. They are not see thru at all. I even have a pad on in the squat picture and you can't see any outlines or panty lines. The thighs gap just a tiny bit when I'm squeezing the muscles to squat but it's fine. They are just tight enough to get some compression but not at all squishing me. If I successfully lose weight I'll be back to buy a smaller size! I like these a lot. UPDATE: I bought the black camo ones also in XL and they were a slightly different material (more silky/polyester feeling, the solid black felt more cotton-y) and the black camo ones were ever so SLIGHTLY smaller/tighter (added a photo). Just something to keep in mind. The black camo/silky material ones might show panty lines a tiny bit because they are thinner.

I really like THE GYM PEOPLE Women’s High Waist Workout Leggings — they’re super comfortable, soft, and provide good coverage during workouts. The high waist is flattering and offers nice support, which I appreciate when doing yoga or running. The only downside is that they tend to slip down a little during intense movement, so I find myself having to pull them up now and then. It’s not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Overall, great leggings for the price, and I’d definitely recommend them if you want comfort and style with just a minor fit quirk!

For the price ($14.99-$17.99) absolutely getting a bit more than what you're paying for. This is from my 2nd or 3rd re-order (they keep selling me on new colors) and the tie-die/marbled colored shorts are the softest and coziest of them all. The black cheetah? snake? print ones feel thinner than the other solid color shorts, but are also very comfortable. I bought these for walking my dog, my treadmill desk, and my hiit/cardio/strength workouts. Decent length, mid 'stomach flattening' strength, and vibrant colors. The 'diamond' stitch area IS a bit tiny so just know that if you've had issues with other stretch fit shorts - you may have same issues here. No problems after washing (I've washed mine maybe 3-4 times each?) and the pockets are perfect sized and made of the same material as the rest of the shorts. I've had a few made of thinner quality fabric and those suck. I now own somewhere between 7-10 different colors and am barely holding myself back from buying my 'missing colors'. I do not own the highlighter green or light pink unfortunately as other reviewers showed they were a bit see-through.

Great shorts for shouts but not runs. I was hoping for more compression around the legs but they rode up bad. They fit nice and feel comfortable.

I'm a long distance runner and I'm always looking for shorts that wont fall apart on my long trainingn runs or at races, that are comfortable, and that don't ride up. These shorts check all of those boxes with some added benefits. The fit is really nice and feels supportive without being too tight. They're also made really well for the low price point. I was a little concerned about the material when I purchased because a lot of the high end running shorts I've purchased are made with slicker more compression style fabric. My main concern was that the more cotton-y feel of these shorts would lead to chaffing, but I ended up liking these way better than the other materials I've worn. I ran in them for 12 hours during a race in the dead of summer in Texas and didn't expereince any chaffing. They were also way easier to deal with when I had to use the restroom than the slick compression fabrics are that stick to you like a wet suit once you're sweaty. Highly recommend!

Comfortable gym shorts for work out! Fabric is soft yet durable. Great pockets on both aides for phone or wallet. Very easy to move and be active. Washed quite a few times and has not lost its quality.
