I started taking this prebiotic after reading Julia Enders book on the Gut. https://www.amazon.com/Gut-Inside-Story-Underrated-Revised/dp/1771643765/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=julia+enders&qid=1550632908&s=gateway&sr=8-1. I've found that its very helpful for my weight lifting, however, I'm not sure why. My inulin supplement does not seem to have the same beneficial effects as this GOS.

I hope Klaire Labs never discontinues this product! It really works!! I have tried sifferent prebiotics, but most give me gas and bloating. I know not all prebiotics are one size fits all. What may work for some, may not work for others. Just depends on microbiome. But this stuff works!

I use this in my every day breakfast. It is the best source I found for the unique fiber needed to support native bacteria in lower intestine.

I love pure encapsulations. Really high quality and clean ingredients in all their products. This shouldn't be used without a healthcare professional's supervision. This is a powerful prebiotic that could cause some unneeded suffering if you have a dysfunctional gut. If you're generally healthy but want to boost your flora, this is probably safe. But if you're unhealthy, you should talk to a nutritionist, naturopath, functional medicine doctor, or gastroenterologist before trying to fix your gut with this.

I started taking this product in August because I allays get sick in September with serious sinus problems. I waned to boost my immune system. It worked wonderfully!!! I didn't get sick in Sept. In fact I took it the entire time on my vacation to Belize in December and I did not return home sick - a first!! I take it every day without fail now. I feel more positive, healthier with less asthma attacks or sinus problems. I am delighted with the results!!

This comes with a warning about exposure to heavy metals...and I found pieces of what look like round balls of glass in my container. If you're going to buy this, buy it from a different company.

Good product from a trusted brand. It fully dissolves in liquid and is pretty much tasteless. I don't know that I see any huge improvement since my son has been taking it. It was recommended by his functional medicine doctor who we see for my son's autism.
