From the moment I unpacked the box this mat stunk. I left it in the garage for a week, I wiped it down with lysol, I tried Windex, and nothing worked. I thought it dissipated enough and put it in my office. I love this mat for my hardwood floor. But the next day my office had that smell that even the air purifier couldn't get out. I finally took it outside and scrubbed it with Dawn on both sides and let it bake on the driveway in the sun for 3 hrs on each side. That finally did the trick. It shouldn't have had to be this hard to get rid of the smell, but the mat is the perfect size and thickness.

The desk floor matt is excellent and it is priced reasonably. It came rolled in a box, easy to take outof the box and unroll.

Perfect for what I needed.

Works OK, I have luxury vinyl flooring and it does move around underneath my chair, I always need to reposition the mat at the end of the day. It laid flat within a few days, so did not have the curling issues like some have noted. It came with some pieces to stick on the bottom to keep it from sliding around but those do not help. It is still offers good protection so the floor does not get wear spots.
