I am so disappointed in this product. It takes forever to cook. I cooked it for hours yesterday and it has been on the stove today for hours and the dal is still not fully softened. It was supposed to be last nights dinner!

Has a great color and size. I just got it yesterday so have not had a chance to use it and will probably be a while before I do.

I do not even wash the toor dal before cooking like I used to, as it is organic and chemical free. Very flavorful, fresh, and tastes delicious.
